A few grainy Instagram shots from my recent trip to the west coast. I grew up on Vancouver Island and really miss it. Victoria is an amazing city with bushel-fulls of natural beauty and with the creativity you would typically find in a big city, but in a small community. I brought a friend from Toronto with me for part of the trip and it was so fun to show her some west coast forests and beaches, all of which are pretty special. Victoria also has an amazing and historic Chinatown with mini alleyways and a great feeling of mystery, as some of the photos show. Hoping I can get back again this year!
