Day to Day

We are in the throes of summer here in Toronto. A few goings on above.

1. I've been exhibiting at a few shows here and there. This was the Big on Bloor fest last weekend.

2. Beautiful clouds. Toronto gets some pretty wicked storms in the summer time. Thankfully this one was fairly docile. The week prior we set a new record for rainfall in one storm and had flooding and extended power outages all across the city. All throughout my neighbourhood lie the contents of people's basements set to the curb for garbage collection. A sad state of affairs. I continually feel grateful and amazed that I was unaffected.

3. My new computer! What a glorious event its arrival was. I was pretty much without for 2+ weeks. Not a happy camper, it is not easy to run a business sans computer.

4. Moose sighting!! I went on a mini canoe trip up to Algonquin Park in northern Ontario. Trips like these help me appreciate Ontario so much more. It is truly so beautiful up there. I wish I could go more often.

5. Beanjo, my baby.

6. Some little baby ducks on a patio where I was having lunch, so cute.

Again, sorry for these grainy lo-fi Instagram photos. If you'd like to follow me for realz you can do so here.
